We went to Hawaii in February to attend the blessing of sweet baby Mary, and to see Matt upon his return from the ship. We had a great time, even though it rained for most of our trip. We enjoyed fireworks from the hotel room, sun, rain, the famous Rainbow Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village, a visit to "our tree" on the Navy base, fresh shrimp, a visit to the Laie temple, good food, playing in the waves, and some sand volleyball. One day while playing volleyball, it started to pour. Honestly it was coming down! Everyone deserted the beach, but TJ and I ran down into the ocean and kept playing. It was so fun. Definitely a memory we won't forget. Thank you to Tom and Kris for letting us tag along, as well as to Matt and Annie for letting us come visit. We miss you and love you! enjoy the pictures.
